Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Polish złoty and include VAT. Prices in euro are converted at the European Central Bank reference rate. The amount you pay is the amount shown in the basket when you place the order, and orders are settled in złoty. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you place the order.
For delivery in Poland you can pay by BLIK, by fast bank transfer or card through Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.), or cash on delivery. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own secured page and never reach the shop — not the number, not the expiry date, not the CVV2/CVC2 code — and the transaction is authenticated by 3-D Secure where the issuing bank supports it. Electronic payments must be made within 3 calendar days of the contract being concluded, after which the order is cancelled.
Delivery
Within Poland: to an InPost parcel locker, by courier, or by collection in person from our office in Warsaw by prior arrangement. Orders are normally dispatched within one working day; carriers usually deliver in one to two working days.
Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a consumer — or a sole trader buying something outside your professional speciality — you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Send a statement to info@arilis.pl or to the address above; the model form is attached to the Polish text. You then return the goods within 14 days at your own cost, and we refund everything you paid, including the cheapest standard delivery we offer, within 14 days.
You may examine the goods as you would in a shop, but not use them: for a drone this excludes flying it outdoors and activating it where activation permanently binds it to an account.
If something is wrong with the goods
We are liable for a lack of conformity with the contract existing at delivery and revealed within two years. You can ask for repair or replacement, and in the cases set out in the Polish text for a price reduction or withdrawal. Write to info@arilis.pl; we answer complaints within 14 days.
Manufacturer's warranty, where granted, is handled by the manufacturer or its authorised service and does not limit the rights above. Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer or its authorised service.
Drones
Flying an unmanned aircraft in the European Union is governed by Commission Regulations (EU) 2019/947 and 2019/945. Before flying you generally have to register as an operator with the Polish Civil Aviation Authority (drony.ulc.gov.pl) — this applies to aircraft of 250 g or more and to any aircraft with a camera — hold the required pilot competency, and check the geographical zones before each flight. Compliance is the buyer's responsibility.
Export and sanctions
Drones and their components may be subject to dual-use export control and to EU sanctions. By ordering you confirm that the goods will not be used for prohibited purposes or passed to sanctioned persons or territories, and that you are not yourself subject to such measures.
